§ 1 SCOPE

This document describes the child safety standards of the TalkFrly application and the talkfrly.com platform. It applies to every user, every piece of content published on the platform (posts, comments, images, video, live streams, courses, chat messages and profile data) and to every account.

These standards form an integral part of the platform rules and apply together with our Privacy Policy.

§ 2 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

TalkFrly strictly and categorically prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We operate a zero-tolerance policy. The following is forbidden on the platform without exception:

  • creating, uploading, storing, sharing, linking to, requesting or advertising child

sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form - photographic, recorded, drawn, animated, computer-generated or AI-generated;

  • any sexualisation of a minor, including sexualised descriptions, commentary, captions,

hashtags or edits of images of real minors;

  • grooming - building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes - as well as

sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion and sexual extortion;

  • trafficking of minors, arranging or promoting sexual contact with a minor, and child

sex tourism;

  • impersonating a minor or presenting oneself as a minor for sexual purposes, and

impersonating another person in order to reach a minor;

  • promoting, glorifying, normalising or defending sexual interest in minors, and

instructing others on how to commit such acts or how to evade detection;

  • any other conduct that endangers the wellbeing, dignity or safety of a child, including

physical abuse, exploitation of a child's labour, and endangerment content involving minors.

A minor means any person under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of majority or the age of consent in that person's country.

§ 3 MINIMUM AGE

TalkFrly is intended for users aged 16 and over. When creating an account, every user confirms that they meet this minimum age and accept these standards. Accounts are not intended for children. If we learn that an account belongs to a person below the minimum age, we revoke its access and delete it together with its data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

§ 4 HOW TO REPORT CSAE CONTENT

1. In the app

Every post, comment, live stream and user profile has a Report option. The report form contains a dedicated reason: “Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or content involving minors”. Reports filed under that reason are given the highest priority: the reported content is hidden from the platform immediately, before a moderator reviews it, and the report is placed at the top of the moderation queue.

2. By e-mail

Child safety concerns, including reports about content or accounts, can also be sent directly to our child safety point of contact:

CHILD SAFETY)

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Please do not download, copy or re-share suspected CSAM - send us the link or the location of the content only.

§ 5 HOW WE RESPOND

  • reported content is removed from public view immediately upon a CSAE report and is

reviewed by a human moderator;

  • confirmed CSAE content is permanently removed and the account responsible has its

access revoked and is deleted, along with any related accounts we identify;

  • we preserve the relevant data (content, account identifiers, IP addresses and access

logs) for the purposes of reporting to and cooperating with law enforcement;

  • we report confirmed CSAE to the competent authorities - in Poland to the Police and to

the Dyżurnet.pl hotline operated by NASK, and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC);

  • we cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection

agencies.

§ 6 MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

  • user reporting is available on all content types and on user profiles;
  • a moderation panel lets our administrators review reports, hide or restore content,

flag content as adult and act on the accounts involved;

  • CSAE reports bypass the normal queue order and trigger an automatic takedown of the

reported content;

  • repeated or severe violations lead to permanent loss of access; a confirmed CSAE

violation always results in permanent removal of the account on the first violation.

§ 7 COMPLIANCE

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions in which TalkFrly is available, including Polish law and EU law, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the Apple App Store guidelines. These standards are reviewed at least once a year and whenever the applicable law or platform requirements change.
