§ 12 CHILD SAFETY (CSAE)
TalkFrly (talkfrly.com) strictly and categorically prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We operate a zero-tolerance policy. It is forbidden to create, upload, store, share, link to, request or advertise any material that sexualises a person under 18 years of age - photographic, recorded, drawn, animated, computer-generated or AI-generated - as well as to groom, sexually solicit, extort or traffic a minor, to impersonate a minor for sexual purposes, or to promote or normalise sexual interest in minors.
Every post, comment, live stream and profile can be reported in the app using the Report option, which includes a dedicated “Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)” reason. Content reported for that reason is hidden immediately and placed at the top of the moderation queue. Confirmed CSAE content is permanently removed, the accounts involved lose access and are deleted, relevant data is preserved for law enforcement, and the case is reported to the competent authorities (in Poland: the Police and the Dyżurnet.pl hotline operated by NASK; where applicable also NCMEC).
